Tenant Portal

An immediate and efficient method to communicate with our office is via our online portal. This link allows you to keep a record of your conversations with us. Moreover, you will be able to access financial statements, lease agreements, and maintenance records.

Access

You can access your Tenant Portal at https://service.realpm.ca/ Your email is your user ID. You are assigned a password to the portal during the setup process.  If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? link to request a new password. You need to provide your first and last name and email. Enter the same email address that your property manager has on file.

What’s Inside

Your tenancy ledger and scanned documents regarding your tenancy are easily accessed. You will also be able to upload your Tenant Insurance Binder letter every year upon subscription/renewal and modify your contact information.
