  1. Our process starts with us receiving an application. After receiving that application, we’ll request the tenant to send our office official documents to ensure the applicant’s identity.
  2. If our potential tenant hasn't seen the property yet, we encourage them to schedule an in-person showing.
  3. Once we receive the application, we notify the realtor and confirm all important details. Double-checking is key for us!
  4. We call the applicant for any missing info and ensure all documents like ID, proof of income, and application are correct.
  5. If a guarantor is needed, we ask for their info. Plus, we review pet compliance to keep everyone happy!
  6. We confirm the applicant's income and call their current and past landlords for screening questions.
  7. We check affordability and run our own credit check to ensure everything's in order.
  8. We book a meeting with our property manager to review all the steps. Once everything's approved, we move forward!
  9. We notify the owner, walk them through the applicant, and send approval templates to both the tenant's realtor and leasing agent.
  10. We call the tenant for final confirmation. And voilà! A perfect match is made.
